Good day – very powerful
Spent the day examining and understanding what liking and caring for myself actually looks like. Not just harnessing my indifference, but taking better care of myself physically since I actually want to continue living. There are some medical areas I should address when I get home. I am also getting interested in some home improvements I have been less than enthusiastic about.
I’m looking forward to going home to see Rita and an upcoming vacation trip we have planned.
