Experience:
Today we went to the “Portal”. This is an amazing cave high up a mountain side with ancient altars carved in it. It is a very sacred place said to be filled with energies.
We took a bus to a river spot where we took the medicine about 10am. This is a beautiful space and I spent the time thinking happy thoughts; like about getting our first daughter in Kazakhstan and spending time in France with Rita.
Unfortunately I laid sunning on a rock for a while and re-dislocated a rib for the second time this trip. Hiking up the mountain to the portal was an adventure in pain and lack of oxygen since I couldn’t draw a full breath. This was not a good day and I did not enjoy the portal experience or sense any energy. The bus ride back on the bumpy road was torture.
Fortunately, Sergey had access to someone trained in manipulation and I was able to get the rib pushed back in that evening, as well as help me strengthen it a couple of sessions after that, so it did not happen again.
