Dose: Full cup of “light” medicine
Experience:
The medicine is definitely stronger with more visuals and a vibration in my ears. Have a difficult time quieting my thoughts. A bit chaotic thinking lots of different things. Try to meditate but not much focus. Doesn’t help that it rained a lot and was difficult to get comfortable.
